Construction of a new whiskey distillery. The building includes office space, laboratories, a barrel storage warehouse and a manufacturing/bottling package facility. Installations included a new 300 amp electrical room with a 800 motor control center, fire alarm, security, fire suppression and data communications systems. Additionally, a complete tank grounding system with a building lighting protection system, PLC control and automation systems were installed. Other features within this facility include three 6,000-gallon storage tanks, two silos with the ability to hold 50,000 pounds of grains, and a 1,600-gallon copper still that was shipped from Scotland. This distillery has the capacity to make 25 times more whiskey than the facility in Park City.
